I recently installed Canon Utilities EOS Viewer Utility on my computer and it has been a great help. It has enabled me to detect and remove grey lines appearing in some of my RAW images taken with the EOS 20D at ISO 1600 or higher. It also allows me to control the magnification of the image display sizes and preview thumbnails. Overall, I think this is a great utility and I highly recommend it.
